Xuelei Fragrance Museum Named One of the "World's Most Beautiful Museums" by Prix Versailles 2026
On May 4, 2026, Prix Versailles, the French architecture award jointly founded by UNESCO and the International Union of Architects (UIA), announced its 2026 list of the "World's Most Beautiful Museums." Xuelei Fragrance Museum earned a place on the prestigious list.

This marks another major international recognition for Xuelei Fragrance Museum, following its Guinness World Records certification as the world's largest fragrance museum.

Prix Versailles is widely regarded as one of the most influential international awards in the fields of architecture and design. Its selection process involves expert-led jury deliberation, with an international jury identifying outstanding architectural works from around the world. Evaluation criteria span multiple dimensions, including visual aesthetics, innovation, cultural expression, local heritage, ecological efficiency, and social engagement.

Being named one of the "World's Most Beautiful Museums" represents not only international recognition of Xuelei Fragrance Museum's architectural space, but also global acknowledgment of the cultural value, public experience, and contemporary relevance it embodies.

Looking ahead, the museum will continue to use space as its medium and scent as its language, inviting visitors from China and around the world to step into a museum to be experienced through scent, and to begin a dialogue across civilization, memory, and the art of living well through fragrance.
