As a leading brand in the sleep industry, the client had already established strong credibility through its expertise in sleep science and ergonomics. However, in the sleep fragrance category, the market is largely characterized by formula homogenization and fragmented messaging. This made it difficult to translate the brand's existing strengths into the new category, while also lacking a clear system to support continuous product development.

Our Solution

Xuelei developed a fragrance ecosystem anchored on the Sleep Curve, mapping four distinct scent experiences to the circadian journey: Twilight Calm, Sleep Onset, Deep Sleep Guardian, and Dawn Awakening. We translated the brand's Six-Root Sleep Philosophy into a Five-Sense Fragrance Framework, elevating scent from a standalone product to an integrated sensory system that orchestrates the complete sleep experience while providing a modular architecture for continuous portfolio expansion.
