What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our fragrances have a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 5,000–10,000 units per SKU. For overseas wholesale, we accept local distributors or chain retail channels.
How long does it take from brief to production?
Typical timeline: 7–14 days for fragrance sample approval, 30–45 days for bottle and packaging production, and 15–30 days for shipping. Most projects deliver within 60–90 days from signed brief to port.
Do you handle regulatory compliance for export markets?
Yes. We manage full regulatory documentation for all major markets including EU (REACH/IFRA), USA (FDA, CPSIA, Prop65), and other regions. Our compliance team handles SDS, IFRA certificates, and required testing.
Can I create a completely unique fragrance for my brand?
Absolutely. Our master perfumers create bespoke fragrances from concept. We begin with a detailed brand brief, present 3–5 initial formulations, and refine based on your feedback until the formula is locked. All bespoke fragrances are exclusive to your brand.
What payment terms do you offer?
Standard terms are 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment. We accept T/T, L/C, and PayPal for sample orders. For established clients, we offer open account terms upon credit review.
