What is the minimum order quantity for an ODM fragrance project?
Our MOQ is 5,000-10,000 units per fragrance. The exact figure depends on your bottle, pump, cap and packaging choices. Send us your target quantity and product type, and we will confirm the starting quantity together with a detailed quote.
How long does an ODM fragrance project take from brief to delivery?
A 3D model of your bottle can be ready in as fast as 3 days, and a full product design in 15 days. Scent sampling time depends on the number of adjustment rounds. Mass-production lead time is confirmed per order, and our 100-million-unit annual capacity keeps delivery stable even at peak season.
What is the difference between your OEM and ODM perfume services?
With ODM, you start from our 50,000+ scent library and existing product designs, then we customize scent, bottle and branding for you. With OEM, you bring your own formula, design or full specification, and we manufacture to it. Both routes include compliance review, production, QC and after-sales support.
Do I get samples before mass production?
Yes. Sampling is a fixed step in our process: after requirement confirmation and quotation, you receive scent and product samples for approval. Nothing goes to mass production until you sign off the sample.
Which certifications and audits does your factory hold?
We are certified to ISO 22716 (Cosmetics GMP), GMPC (US), ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, and we pass HALAL, Disney, BSCI and Sedex audits. Our in-house team also handles China filings and international compliance for the EU, US and ASEAN markets.
Can you match or improve a perfume I already sell?
Yes. Send us a sample or a detailed brief and our perfumers will rebuild the scent profile from our 50,000+ formula library, then adjust it through sampling rounds until you confirm the final scent before mass production.
Can I visit your factory before placing an order?
Yes. Our headquarters and showroom are in Baiyun District, Guangzhou, and the factory is in Huadu District, Guangzhou. You can also visit the Xuelei Fragrance Museum, the world's largest fragrance museum at 9,500 m². Contact us by email or phone to schedule a visit.
