What is the minimum order quantity for a fragrance OEM/ODM project?
Our MOQ is 5,000-10,000 units per fragrance. The exact figure depends on your bottle, pump, cap and packaging choices. Send us your target quantity and product type, and we will confirm the starting quantity together with a detailed quote.
How long does it take from brief to delivery?
A 3D model of your bottle can be ready in as fast as 3 days, and a full product design in 15 days. Scent samples take about 2-4 weeks depending on adjustment rounds. Mass-production lead time is confirmed per order, and our 100-million-unit annual capacity keeps delivery stable even at peak season.
What is the difference between your OEM and ODM services?
With ODM, you start from our 50,000+ scent library and existing product designs, then we customize scent, bottle and branding for you. With OEM, you bring your own formula, design or full specification, and we manufacture to it. Both routes include compliance review, production, QC and after-sales support.
What are your payment terms?
Standard terms are 30% deposit on order confirmation and 70% balance before shipment. Letter of credit and payment platforms are accepted for first orders, and credit terms are available for established partners after review.
What compliance documents come with my order?
Every order ships with SDS, COA and IFRA documentation. Our in-house team handles China filings and compliance reviews for the EU, US and ASEAN, including REACH documentation for EU-bound goods.
Can you match or improve a fragrance I already sell?
Yes. Send us a sample or a detailed brief and our perfumers will rebuild the scent profile from our 50,000+ formula library, then adjust it through sampling rounds until you confirm the final scent before mass production.
Can I visit your factory before placing an order?
Yes. Our headquarters and showroom are in Baiyun District, Guangzhou, and the factory is in Huadu District, Guangzhou. You can also visit the Xuelei Fragrance Museum, the world's largest fragrance museum at 9,500 m². Contact us by email or phone to schedule a visit.
