Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order quantity for OEM perfume production?
MOQ is 5,000-10,000 units per fragrance, depending on your bottle, pump, cap and packaging choices. Send your target quantity and product type, and we confirm the exact starting quantity together with a detailed quote.
How long does it take to get samples?
Library-matched scents: lab samples in about 2-3 weeks. New custom development: 4-6 weeks from brief confirmation. Custom bottle tooling adds 4-8 weeks. Nothing enters mass production until you sign off the sample.
Can you produce perfume that meets EU and US regulations?
Yes. We work to IFRA standards, EU REACH, CPSIA, Prop 65 and FDA OTC requirements, and every order ships with SDS, COA and the compliance documents your market needs. Our facility is certified to ISO 22716 (Cosmetics GMP) and GMPC (US).
Do you develop custom fragrances or only match existing scents?
Both. Our perfumers match an existing scent profile from our 50,000+ formula library, or create a new fragrance from your brief. The team includes FiFi Award winners, and materials come from IFF and Givaudan.
What are your payment terms?
Standard terms are 30% deposit on order confirmation and 70% balance before shipment. Letter of credit and payment platforms are accepted for first orders, and credit terms are available for established partners after review.
Can you make a custom bottle mold for my brand?
Yes. Alongside 23,000+ catalog bottle designs we offer custom mold tooling for unique shapes and materials. Tooling time and cost are confirmed in the quotation before you commit.
Can I visit the factory before ordering?
Yes. Our production base is in Huadu District, Guangzhou, and the headquarters and showroom are in Baiyun District. You can also visit the 9,500 m² Xuelei Fragrance Museum. Email or call us to schedule a visit.
